May 31st - Sept 4th	$1299 per week
Sept 4th - Dec 17th	$1199 per week
Dec 17th - Jan 4th 2009	$1850 per week
3 night minimum at $200 to $300 per night
Air conditioning available at $250 per week
Monthly rates range from $3600 to $4000
12.25% Hawaii tax on all rentals
$200 cleaning fee
$400 refundable security deposit required
